INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent by Express Courier International (EMS) and includes insurance for your security.
EMS Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. (10 days in remote areas) We supply a tracking number so you can track your order over the internet. Tracking allows you to watch your orders progress from when it is sent to when it is delivered to you.

All orders are dispatched between one and three business days from cleared payment.

Import Tax, Duty or Fees in some countries

Some countries will request an import tax, duty or fee to be paid prior to delivery of your order. To find out if import fees apply in your country contact your local customs office or postal outlet. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import costs that may apply. When your order has arrived in your country you will be notified by mail with the amount and given payment instructions. After any tax, duty or fee has been paid your order will be ready for collection or delivery. If you use the tracking number we supply, you can speed up the process. As soon as you see the order has cleared and is awaiting payment of import fees, you can contact the customs department for payment and quote the tracking number. This saves you having to wait for the notification letter to arrive.

Example: An order to the UK costing AU$500.00 was charged an import tax of GBP51.00 a letter was sent to the address listed on the order, requesting the fee to be paid, once the fee was paid the order was cleared and delivered to the buyers address.
