Sleeptight Model Foaling alarms come
with a 2 year repair or replace warranty.
Excluding the transmitter pouch.
Budget Breed Model and reconditioned
or second hand Foaling alarms come with a 12 month repair only warranty
Excluding the transmitter pouch.
While every care is taken and stringent testing is performed on every individual foaling alarm, failures do occasionaly occur.
In the event of a failure please contact us immediatly.
Cost of returning the alarm to us must be paid by the sender.
Return postage will be paid by Foalguard for any warranty returns.
Warranty claims are given utmost priority as we understand that your mare will not wait for you to have your alarm running again.
Refunds will only be given within 7 days of purchase and on return of all alarm components in as new condition.
Repairs outside of warranty
In the event of alarm failure or damage. Contact us first, then send the component back to us with a detailed description of the fault.
A non refundable $36.00 Postage, handling
and inspection fee applies.
Quotation will be given and will need to be accepted before any repairs
are done.
Foaling Predictor kit
14 day replacement only on any faulty
components.

to ensure full shelf life and accurate test results.
Mare Pregnancy Test
Replacement only on return of any
faulty tests.

Float & Foaling Camera Kits
90 day return to base warranty on manufacture or hardware fault, This does not include damage from general wear and tear or animals that have eaten a component !
