Camera Kit warranty
All Camera Kit components come with a 12 month repair or replace warranty .
If the failure is due to a faulty part or faulty manufacturing the component will be repaired or replaced ASAP as we understand that your mare will not wait for you to have it running again.
Damage to components from concussion that have been dropped or roughly handled is easy to identify and warranty will not be given.
All components are of high quality and are tested before delivery. We want your return business and your favourable reviews of our products for years to come.
Camera kit Service and repair
In the event of breakage or your component is out of it's warranty period Contact us first, then send the component back to us with a detailed description of the fault.
The component will then be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment and a quote will be given before any work is commenced.
A non refundable $36.00 Postage and handling fee applies
Hire components are available (for Australian customers only) while you are waiting.
Foaling Alarm Warranty
Foaling alarms come with a 2 year warranty on parts and labour
Excluding the transmitter pouch.
We understand that your mare will not wait for you to have it running again
and we will do our best to return it to you ASAP.
