Foaling alarm
Sleeptight Model Foaling alarms come
with a 2 year repair or replace warranty.
Excluding the transmitter pouch.
Optional extended warranty is available for $50.00 per year up to 5 years, this can be purchased at any time while your alarm is still under original warranty. So you can buy now and extend your warranty later.
FoalGuard Alarms are made by us right here in Australia. While every care is taken and stringent testing is performed on every individual foaling alarm, failures do occasionaly occur. Warranty claims are given utmost priority as we understand that your mare will not wait for you to have your alarm running again.
In the event of a failure please contact us immediatly.
Cost of returning the alarm to us must be paid by the sender.
Return postage will be paid by Foalguard for any warranty returns.
Refunds will only be given within 7 days of purchase and on return of all alarm components in as new condition.
Repairs outside of warranty
In the event of alarm failure or damage. Contact us first, then send the component back to us with a detailed description of the fault.
A non refundable $36.00 Postage, handling
and inspection fee applies.
Quotation will be given and will need to be accepted before any repairs
are done. While foaling alarms are expensive they are made up of many small
parts and any repairs are normaly very inexpensive, we also don't charge
the earth for labor, unlike many other companies, so don't be affraid to
contact us if your alarm fails outside the warranty period.

Replacement only on return of any

Float & Foaling Camera Kits
12 month return to base warranty on manufacture or hardware fault, This does not include damage from general wear and tear or animals that have eaten a component !
